  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays.

  • Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

  • The cut-off time for order shipment is 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

  • Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.

2. Delivery Time

  • We ship orders as quickly as possible from our warehouses.

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

  • Estimated delivery time within the United States: 13–25 business days.

3. Shipping Costs and Taxes

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • No additional shipping fees or import taxes apply.

  • All prices on our website include tax.

  • If you have a registered account on annouda.com, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information by logging in.

  • If you do not have an account, you can track your order using your Order ID and email on the Order Tracking page.

5. Change of Delivery Address
