Order Processing

Your order will begin processing once your RX has been successfully verified.

If your prescription cannot be verified or is expired, we will contact you to update your information.

If Your Prescription Is Missing or Invalid

If we are unable to verify your prescription, we will:

  • Request additional information or a new prescription
  • Hold or cancel the order if verification cannot be completed

How to Verify Your Prescription

You can verify your prescription in two ways:

Please upload a clear photo or scan of a valid contact lens prescription issued by your ophthalmologist or optometrist.

Please ensure your name, lens parameters (spherical power, cylindrical power, axis, base curve, diameter), and the date of issue are clearly visible.

We securely store your prescription in encrypted form to facilitate future orders.
